As part of the rebrand, Eddisons Business Sales will now operate as BTG Eddisons Business Sales. This name change recognises how we collaborate, how we are recognised in the market, and how we continue to deliver trusted advice to all our clients.
BTG Eddisons is the new name for Eddisons, the UK-wide offering of surveyors, agents, auctioneers and consultants, following the rebrand of Begbies Traynor Group to BTG.
The new BTG Eddisons brand offers clients greater access to all financial and real estate advisory services across the BTG group, including financial advisory, restructuring and real estate services. This follows a number of significant acquisitions since BTG Eddisons joined the previously-named Begbies Traynor Group 11 years ago.
The real estate division under BTG Eddisons encompasses the four service lines of Agency and Auctions, Valuation and Asset Advisory, Projects and Developments, and Property Management and Insurance. These teams will collaborate with BTG’s Restructuring, Financial Advisory, Deal Advisory and Funding & Insurance service lines.
Becoming part of BTG will not affect how the BTG Eddisons works with its clients. All clients will continue to work with the same trusted people, with the same expertise and professionalism that has always been expected.
As part of the rebrand, a number of the auctions businesses and their expert teams that were part of Eddisons will also be renamed under BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, including SDL Auctions, Pugh Auctions, Mark Jenkinson. Recent acquisitions Network Auctions and Kirkby Diamond will take on the BTG Eddisons identity in due course.
