We are looking to recruit an administrator for our growing Newcastle office to help support our Building Consultancy team and Valuations Team.

Role and Requirements

  • Recording invoices raised on spreadsheet
  • Raising credit note recs and obtaining appropriate authorisation confirmation
  • Opening new jobs
  • Drafting fee proposals
  • Printing/photocopying/scanning
  • Draft documents for new jobs from standard documents
  • Liaising with surveyors, both in person/email and telephone
  • Dealing with purchase invoices and liaising with credit control
  • Creating new standard documents, and amending/updating same
  • Use of Teams
  • Use of Adobe Acrobat i.e. Creating/combining/editing/reducing size
  • Electronic filing & physical filing
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Keep spreadsheets up to date with latest policies/training
  • Ensure personal mandatory training and policies/assessments and compliance library kept up to date
  • Good communication skills
  • Diary Management & Ordering food for CPD’s
  • Event organisation
  • Organising online/on-site training
  • Cost investigation for various training options
  • New starter induction/co-ordination with office manager
  • Keeping trackers up to date, including CIF tracker
  • Archiving & organising collection/delivery
  • Collating new supplier forms
  • Ordering PPE
  • Ensuring all required CV’s up to date
  • Setting up team meetings, drafting agendas and minute taking
  • Helping with work for other B&PC offices nationally
